would book here again
The stay was nice. The room had a comfy double bed, fresh linen, and towels. We had a private bathroom with body soap and shampoo. There was a kettle for tea and coffee, and a flat-screen TV. Super friendly owners made us feel at home. The location was quiet, yet close to a cool pub garden.

Comfortable stay with a friendly atmosphere
I had a wonderful three-night experience in a spacious double room where the cleanliness and soft towels were a delight. The nearby pub created a great atmosphere, and I appreciated how welcoming the landlady was, even providing us with a fan during our warm stay. The location was peaceful, allowing us to unwind comfortably, though a bit more assistance with luggage would have been helpful.

Had a lovely time there with the family. The landlady was so friendly, she even got us a fan when we mentioned it was a bit warm in the chalet. We stayed in a chalet with a bath, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I can't forget how convenient it was to get a cold drink just outside our door after a hot day out.
Wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you know what, it was still worth it.

A fine choice for short visits in Sholden with great value. I had to buy washing up liquid just to clean up because there were no proper facilities. Bring your own towels for washing up.

Super comfy stay!
We had a lovely 3 nights here! The room was clean and had all the basics—fridge, kettle, and even tea! The beds were so comfy, and the towels felt like clouds. The landlady was really nice too. Just wish the bar wasn't so close—it got a bit loud at times.

We had a lovely stay in the chalet with a spacious bathroom and enjoyed getting cold drinks just outside the door! The pub garden was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the peaceful vibe in the mornings. Just a heads up, there wasn’t a breakfast option available, but we were okay with that beforehand. 🍻
